Among the charges is extreme DUI, which he faced automatically after results of a blood test revealed a blood alcohol content measuring .164 percent.He was arrested in his black Ferrari after being clocked doing 70 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone near his home in Paradise Valley. He was recovering from back surgery at the time.
If he's found guilty, it would mean a minimum 30-day jail sentence and an ignition breath-test machine, which won't allow the engine to start until it receives a breath sample 100 percent free of alcohol.
